How to force acronis true image (home 2010)to load at time of boot? - acronis true image home 2010 install interrupted

In the system installed Acronis I thought to replace your hard disk to the hard drive with a new one.
I went through the steps to create a boot disks and external hard drive backup. I installed the new hard drive plugged into my system and the boot device. With the new HD installed, when the system has succeeded, with the burden of Acronis in the trunk, but if I (the old computer's hard drive that I can use as before) and connect the device to start (the same resources the same connected), which is unable to load Acronis boat. However, I can run Acronis disk during the execution of my old OS.
I installed my BIOS settings for booting from USB and / or removable drives on the hard drive with the old hard drive;I am not however able to load at start of Acronis.

Why am I doing this? My attempts to migrate with Acronis to my current hard drive to my new HD, were unsuccessful. I'm trying to backup my original (old) hard drive when you run Acronis boot time for Windows was not charged.

Please help.
ps. F11 has a different function, the MBR! You may not (do), this can affect my system and will not start.
