Lump on lymph gland...size of ping pong ball? - lump by my liver

My husband goes through the testimony of a malignant tumor that proved. It will review a chest x-ray and an MRI of the liver and the lung. He started losing weight drastically in late March early April, with no further symptoms. The capital was growing right at this time. Is it something new or by the time he began to lose weight - it's for a while? What are the chances it is now spreading?

Depending on the type of violation. By removing the mass, which was examined by a pathologist. The doctor will decide what type of cancer. Probably what we are facing is a lymphoma, or cancer of the lymphatic system. This is the best news, because it would be a primary lesion. Lymphoma is a realistic chance for treatment. (Many people are of the Hodgkin's disease, a type of lymphoma).
If this is not lymphoma, but the lymph nodes, because the cancer cells increases elsewhere, the prognosis is bleak. This means that the cancer in another body, and the cells in the lymph system. This system is an important route of spread of cancer.
If there is) a lymphoma metastatic lesion, the prognosis is bleak. I rULD suggest you contact the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas for treatment. Good luck to you.
